1920s Heritage Expansion (The Noffke Edit)

Honouring the original architecture of this 1920s W.E. Noffke home, we executed a seamless design-build expansion to meet the needs of an active modern family. The project involved a single-story addition over a full basement, allowing us to quadruple the kitchen footprint and transform it into the home's central hub.

To achieve this, we navigated complex structural changes, including the relocation of the basement staircase. The new space features a dedicated pocket office, a walk-in pantry, and a wine cellar. Special attention was paid to the finishes, with coffered ceilings and landscape design that respect the home's historic character while providing contemporary functionality.
