The Comprehensive Edit

This project required a strategic "edit" of the existing floor plan to unlock the home’s full potential. By reconfiguring the layout, we successfully integrated high-demand utility spaces—including a dedicated mudroom and laundry—without compromising the home's flow.

The scope included a complete kitchen design and installation, a new powder room, and the modernization of both the main and master ensuite bathrooms. We extended the living space outdoors with a custom deck and outdoor kitchen, creating a seamless transition between inside and out. Through close collaboration and creative material selection, we delivered a result that perfectly balances function with aesthetic impact.
